Gavilan Guitars is so much more than just a name for me. I grew up in a remote mountain range on the outskirts of Riverside CA called the “Gavilan Hills”. For me and my family when we hear the name Gavilan it instantly brings us back to that place, and tons of memories flood our head of the many adventures had there. Its this place in time that holds so much value to us. Its my childhood.

So Gavilan Guitars is this full circle moment for me in my life. Bringing together my childhood adventures with my professional career. It is remembering the places and people that raised me and trained me while continuing to look forward to what is next. It is so important for me to honor the people that went before me and made a path for me while also pioneering a new path for myself. And that is what Gavilan Guitars is all about. Its about building something I can hand down to my children. Building something that outlives me.
